Perhaps Dr. Miller has said you may benefit from braces instead of Aligners (Invisalign®). While you’re excited about an improved smile, you’re nervous about wearing brackets and wires. Here’s some good news: there is an orthodontic system that makes straightening your teeth with braces easier and faster and more aesthetically pleasing compared to traditional metal braces. These systems are quickly changing the way patients feel about their orthodontic treatment. Digital braces are a fast teeth straightening solution, with higher precision in movement resulting in shorter treatment times.
What Are Digital Braces versus aligners or Invisalign®?
These modern braces use digital scanning/3D printing technology much like Invisalign® or aligners but are both more esthetic and efficient for certain types of movements.
How do digital braces differ from traditional braces? A digital approach will provide you with a completely efficient treatment right from the start. Before your braces are fitted, the system’s advanced software allows your orthodontist to design how your smile should look and fit at the end of treatment much like Invisalign. Traditional braces applied directly to the teeth use the skill and training of the orthodontist, and although they are accurately placed, all digital techniques are more accurate, and each approach has unique advantages.
So, what does Miller Orthodontics offer? Below are the 3 digital braces we offer in addition to aligners (Invisalign®).
